Welcome to enterwin. This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of the enterwin platform, including the official website at enterwin.pro and our official mobile app for Android and iOS. By registering an account or using any part of the Enterwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, all of which together form a comprehensive agreement between enterwin and you as the user. In the event of any conflict between those documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

To register and use the enterwin platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years or the minimum age required by the laws in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not a resident of or located in a region where online betting activities are strictly prohibited by local law.

Enterwin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts proven to be held by individuals below the minimum age will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited at enterwin's discretion.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at Enterwin. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. Enterwin employs various detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

The identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) is part of enterwin's standard operations. You may be asked to submit the following documents for verification purposes:

• A copy of a valid identity card or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposit
• Any additional supporting documents requested by the verification team

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. enterwin will not be liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods, with funds credited to your account instantly upon transaction confirmation.

A few important points about deposits to understand:

Withdrawals at enterwin are processed through an automated system that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Processing time is typically between 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen withdrawal method and whether additional account verification is required.

The applicable withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for most payment methods.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been registered and verified in your account.
• The account must have completed the full KYC process before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Enterwin reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for additional verification purposes if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• If an account is under investigation related to fraud, all withdrawals will be suspended until the investigation is concluded.

Enterwin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions stated on its respective promotion page. Those promotion terms form part of these Terms and Conditions and must be fully complied with.

General principles applicable to all enterwin bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering requirement: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit + bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times as stated in the promotion terms before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: By default, only one active bonus is permitted at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use it.
• Attempts to hack, damage, or disrupt enterwin's systems and infrastructure.
• Any form of collusion between players at the same game table to gain an unfair advantage.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate action, which may include temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, and/or forfeiture of all balances and wins in the account.

Closure upon user request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the enterwin support team via live chat. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions and compliance with active bonus wagering requirements.

Closure by enterwin: enterwin reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud or illegal activity involving the account.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or misleading.
• The account violates any condition set out in these Terms and Conditions.
• Enterwin is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or directive from a relevant authority.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, enterwin and its team members, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions.
• Service disruptions due to planned or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any technical errors occurring in games or financial transactions, which will be handled in accordance with a fair compensation policy.

Enterwin takes our responsibility towards user well-being seriously. We provide a range of responsible gaming features that can be activated directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that are automatically enforced by the system.
• Loss limit: Set a maximum loss amount within a specified period. Once the limit is reached, your account will be unable to place additional bets until the limit period resets.
• Play time limit: Limit your gaming session time and receive reminders when your set duration is about to expire.
• Temporary play break: Suspend access to your account for a period between 24 hours and 30 days.
